Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of the sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the contest.

2. Entry: Participants must follow the entry instructions provided by the sponsor to enter the contest. Only one entry per person is allowed.

3. Prize: The prize will be described in the contest announcement and is non-transferable. No cash alternative will be offered.

4. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The sponsor's decision is final.

5. Notification: Winners will be notified by email or phone within 48 hours of the contest closing date. If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, a new winner will be selected.

6. Publicity: By entering the contest, participants agree to allow the sponsor to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes.

7. Disclaimer: The sponsor is not responsible for any entries that are lost, late, illegible, incomplete, or misdirected. The sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability: By entering the contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless the sponsor from any liabilities related to the contest or the prize.

9. Governing Law: The contest is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from the contest will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the state of the sponsor's headquarters.

10. Privacy Policy: Personal information collected from participants may be used to send communication from Invictus Companies LLC with the option to remove from mailing list or contact list at any time and will not be shared with third parties.
